As a Guest Experience Expert youll play a key role in making every stay special by providing warm personalized service and sharing your knowledge of the local area.
What Youll Do: Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay ensuring a seamless experience.
Handle checkins checkouts and operational tasks with efficiency and care.
Respond to guest requests with enthusiasm and a problemsolving mindset.
Share local insights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards.
- A positive cando attitude and passion for hospitality.
- Ability to stay activestanding walking and handling light lifting (up to 10 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to adapt and take on various responsibilities as needed.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).
- No prior experience requiredwell provide the training!
- No supervisory experience needed.
