Job Description

As an International Account Manager you play a decisive role in the growth of Happydemics. Within a structured team of 4 KAMs you are in charge of around 30 strategic accounts in US & UK markets (existing customers include adtechs sales advertising agencies and DSPs) and your goal is to maintain client retention develop your portfolio and generate growth.

Key responsibilities

1. To directly manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts to ensure maximum expansion opportunities. Proactively grow your portfolio through identifying and pursuing crosssell & upsell opportunities

2. Expand key relationships serve as the point of contact for existing customers and drive all renewal and expansion sales opportunities by ensuring at least 5 inperson meetings / week.

3. Understand and communicate market opportunities needs and customer feedback to crossfunctional teams.

4. Ensure maximum level of client satisfaction with the Happydemics product.

5. Run account management activities with the CRM (Salesforce).

6. Meet and exceed monthly recurring revenue expansion targets.

You will report directly to the Head of Sales on weekly monthly and quarterly activity.
