Senior Cluster Activity Officer
As a Senior Activity Officer you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of product and launch projects. From development to postlaunch evaluation youll work closely with the Activity Champion (the project lead) to ensure the effective planning and followup of initiatives. Your leadership will guide crossfunctional teams helping to navigate risks identify opportunities and deliver results with excellence. This is a unique opportunity to impact business outcomes through deployment project management as well as supporting key decision forums.
You have experience in:
- Functional: multiple years in a businessrelated roles (e.g. Brand Management Innovation Supply Chain or Commercial functions) with experience in project management.
- Stakeholder Management: A proven ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels driving collaboration to meet business objectives.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365; and an keen interest to use digitization to continually improve the role and associated processes.
- Language: fluent in German and very good English
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Lead to define local project scope objectives and critical success factors.
- Assemble and lead crossfunctional teams ensuring clear communication and alignment with all stakeholders.
- Guide projects through the stages and gate processes managing risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Supporting preparation and facilitation of Key Cluster decision making forums to deploy strategy including preparing and presenting projects for decision ensuring proper oversight and alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross cluster improvement projects defining aligning and delivering scope and objectives.
