Job Description
Job Title:Social Work Duty and Assessment
Location: Birmingham
Rate: 30.57 per hour
The Birmingham Childrens Trust is looking for a Social Worker to join their Duty and Assessment team offering a pay rate of 30.57 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will conduct Section 47 enquiries with multiagency partners prepare families for child protection conferences and provide detailed legal planning reports. You will produce court reports manage your caseload efficiently and complete risk assessments and Single Assessments. Additionally you will develop contingency plans to safeguard vulnerable children.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Postqualified experience
- Experience of working with vulnerable children and their families
- Experience of working closely with statutory and voluntary agencies
