Job Description

Welcome to our posting for Aeroxchange Inventory Sales!

Summary:

As a member of Aeroxchange Sales you will be joining our Sales and Customer Service Team! You will primary be responsible for handling Customer Requests and RFQs in the Aeroxchange platform. You will be a important part of our Customer Service team working within our Sales Department to respond to Airline RFQs and requests.


Responsibilities:

As a member of Inventory Sales some of your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Entering Customer Quotes and Vendor Quotes into our CRM/Database system.
  • Handle various tasks relating to Purchase and Sales Orders.
  • Gather market intelligence using various platforms to develop accurate pricing.
  • Help manage orders and coordinate with our warehouse.
  • Follow up with Customer orders and supply paperwork and shipping information.
  • Manage customer relationships and assist in business development.
  • May be allowed to travel to Customer Visits / Trade Shows
  • Work and communicate with other team members.


Basic/Minimum Experience:

  • Aeroxchange Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Must have basic communication skills.
  • Answer and handle incoming phone calls.
  • Have proper phone etiquette.
  • Be organized and have the ability to work well within a team.
  • Work with Microsoft Office and various computer programs.
  • Have reliable transportation.


Bonus/Preferred Requirements:

  • Receptionist Experience 12 Years)
  • Previous Aviation Experience

We primary support aircraft parts for Commercial Regional and Military aircraft parts but offer a wide range of services including Consignment Management Engine and Powerplant components and Assets Leasing Storage and much more. We have invested in and completed over 15 aircraft and powerplant teardowns. We are partnered with a few airlines on various consignment inventory such as Allegiant Airlines. We specialize in components for major commercial airplanes such as Boeing and Airbus aircrafts. Our Sales department is always changing and we are looking for exciting people to be apart of our growing company.
