Job Description
Campus Music Lead...this parttime position works up to 20 hours per week and works with music team staff producers & related staff to prepare for and lead worship along with a team of volunteer worship leaders in a way that consistently upholds the values set by the music staff.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary worship leader each weekend as assigned
- Serve as Vocal/Music Director for rehearsals as assigned
- Build relationships with volunteers and contractors
- Music Direct events as assigned
- Assist Music Team in assigning/creative vocal parts for weekend services
- Assist the Music Team by creating resources for instrumentalists vocalists and overall development of the music team
WERE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Strong worship leader & vocalist
- Must have outstanding vocal pitch
- Must be a good speaker for worship pivots
- Must receive coaching with humility
- Ability to communicate essential musical details to vocalists and all instruments and function as music director for rehearsals
- Prior experience leading worship in a large church setting
- Able to perform highquality work with minimum supervision within assigned deadlines

- Attend a service at one of The Crossing campuses on a weekly basis
