The Challenge

As a Senior Manager Customer Success Architects your role iscritical to scaling the EMEA CSA function ensuring a consistent and highquality customer engagement model that drives product adoption business value and measurable outcomes. Given EMEAs market nuances this leader will be responsible for adapting methodologies to different regional customer needs while aligning to global strategies.

Your Mission

  • Lead and scale a customerfacing technical team of 8 people that provides advisory services to drive business outcomes.
  • Develops and implements structured methodologies for delivering repeatable highvalue engagements.
  • Partners with CSMs Sales and Account Teams to align engagements with customer success plans.
  • Drives crossfunctional collaboration with Product Support and Marketing to enhance adoption strategies.
  • Uses datadriven insights to optimize team performance and improve customer engagement models.
  • Brings deep technical knowledge of OneTrust solutions (or equivalent SaaSbased platforms).

  • Strategic yet handson able to define highlevel strategies but also dive into details.
  • Customerfirst mindset passionate about driving value and business outcomes for customers.
  • Influential communicator able to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills able to mentor and develop a highperforming team.
  • Resilient and adaptable thrives in fastpaced evolving environments and can make decisions under pressure.



Your Experience Includes:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • 10 years of customer success or software consulting experience
  • People Management experience (preferably a team of Customer Success Architects or Technical Account Managers) of at least 5 years
  • Effective customerfacing communication skills.
  • Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Professional Services Product Management Sales andExecutive).
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with CSuite VP and Directorlevel contacts along with daytoday users of thesoftware.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to chair meetings or hostwebinars.
