Workplace Liaison Officer Redman Place Stratford
Main Duties and Responsibilities
This position would be the single point of contact on site the focus is customer experience.
Responsible for the coordination of contractors and visitors to site daily site checks and reporting to helpdesk weekly compliance checks including fire water hygiene and emergency lights will also be included with this position.
A first responder to all issues occurring on site the Workplace Liaison will maintain clear lines of communication between client and Integral Management for daytoday operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of all hard and soft services including support for cleaning housekeeping emergency call out PPM reactive repair as required on a sitebysite basis including the direction supervision and oversight of subcontracted services
- Promotes high level of satisfaction among customer/endusers by anticipation and promptly responding to their service requirements.
- Always assures prompt response by other team members and selected contractors to exceed customer expectations.
- Gives direction on site to promote engagement and excellence in customer service and delivery.
- Understanding of the critical systems on site including UPS generator fire alarm etc with an ability to provide facilities support to the client business
- Ensures compliance with local legislative requirements Integral and client best practice policies and procedures.
- Acts as goto person in relation to all facilities activities on sites ensuring potential roadblocks are identified and removed.
- Supports emergency preparedness and crisis planning on a sitebysite basis
- Develops a close working relationship with all vendors under their control to ensure full understanding of the Client culture and inclusion in the team delivering a highquality service.
- Is the first point of contact relating to all building issues.
- Ensures delivery of PPM in line with agreed timelines and monitors vendors to ensure service delivery in line with KPI/SLAs
- Monitors and ensures office housekeeping and cleanliness is delivered to highest quality level.
- Communicates in an open honest transparent manner with the ability to tailor the message to specific audience and their needs
- Adds value in delivery and innovation.
- Oversees delivery of Service Charged elements of property management on behalf of the client where services are delivered by the Landlord.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Building Management System CAFM/CMMS systems
- Excellent computer and I.T competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently with customers team members and senior management.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage several tasks concurrently
- Proven experience in integrated facilities management engineering reception security cleaning.
- Passionate about providing and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Must be effective in handling problems including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices including risk assessments and safe working procedures.
- IOSH/NEBOSH Qualification will be beneficial
