Your Role

  • Drive Demand Generation Strategy Develop and execute multichannel campaigns (paid advertising content marketing email SEO ABM social media and events) to generate qualified leads and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Direct & Optimize Lead Generation Establish lead scoring qualification processes and collaborate with sales for seamless lead handoff and followup.
  • Budget & Performance Optimization Manage the demand generation budget track ROI and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
  • DataDriven Decision Making Analyze key metrics (traffic leads conversion rates CPA) to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends Keep up with evolving marketing technologies trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Your Experience

  • Proven Demand Generation Expertise 5 years of experience in demand generation lead generation or a related field.
  • Leadership & Team Management Experience leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
  • DataDriven & Analytical Mindset Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics Salesforce HubSpot) and strong understanding of key marketing metrics.
  • TechSavvy Marketing Expertise Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Marketo Pardot or HubSpot) CRM systems and digital marketing channels (SEO SEM social media email).
  • Strong Communication & Project Management Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bonus: Experience in robotics SaaS and/or AI industries programmatic advertising influencer marketing video marketing A/B testing and multivariate testing
