Staff Nurse Day Shifts
Hourly Rate: 23.50 plus incentives
Hours: PartTime 7:00 AM 7:00 PM 2 days a week (including some weekends)
Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship

This beautiful nursing home is located in a picturesque village just outside Sleaford. The service provides highquality personal care nursing and dementia support ensuring residents receive the best possible care in a welcoming environment.
What Were Looking For
- Qualification Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Experience Minimum of one year in a nursing home setting.
- Knowledge Experience in writing and implementing personcentred care plans.
- Must live within 30 minutes of Sleaford.

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Home Manager Clinical Lead and fellow nurses to assess plan implement and evaluate highquality nursing care.
- Support and guide care staff to provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as washing dressing and eating.
- Administer medication safely and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Promote residents dignity independence and choice at all times.
- Maintain uptodate nursing care plans and ensure effective documentation of residents wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with all mandatory training and participate in additional training as required.
- Contribute to the management of the care team ensuring that action plans are completed and care plans are regularly reviewed and updated.
