As a Recruiting Coordinator youll play a key role in sourcing and engaging top talent while also managing administrative tasks and recruitment coordination to support our international teams driving satellite innovation. Your work will directly contribute to Lofts success by ensuring we attract and retain the expertise needed to simplify access to spacebased insights.

About this role:

    • Talent Sourcing and Engagement: Proactively identify engage and build relationships with top candidates across technical and engineering fields contributing to a robust talent pipeline.
    • Recruitment Coordination: Manage the scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interview teams.
    • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS track hiring metrics and ensure compliance with internal recruiting processes.
    • Candidate Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Collaboration with Hiring Teams: Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent needs align on role requirements and streamline hiring efforts.
    • Process Improvement: Support projects aimed at enhancing recruiting operations such as improving candidate experience refining workflows and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Must Haves:

    • 2 years of professional experience ideally in a startup or fastpaced environment supporting engineering or technical teams.
    • Fully fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience using an ATS such as Lever Greenhouse or Ashby (familiarity with Lever preferred).
    • Sourcing expertise including handson experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
    • Recruiting coordination or operations experience such as scheduling interviews managing candidate communications or maintaining accurate ATS data.

NicetoHaves:

    • Experience leading or supporting projects related to employer branding candidate experience or recruitment data insights.
    • Familiarity with working across multiple time zones to coordinate with candidates and teams globally.
    • A working understanding of technical concepts and terminology especially in engineering disciplines.
    • Previous experience in a larger inhouse recruiting team contributing to shared goals and processes.
