As a Senior Product Designer youll play a vital role in shaping experiences that profoundly impact peoples ability to communicate. Your design work will be centered around eyetracking technology and will enable users to overcome barriers fostering independence and inclusivity. In this role you will for example:
- Collaborate with product engineering and design teams to shape strategy set success metrics and design intuitive userfriendly products.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system with engineers.
- Lead discovery and alignment processes to ensure quality across teams and touchpoints.
- Translate customer insights into prototypes and polished designs through collaboration with researchers.
- Advocate for usercentric design to ensure usability and accessibility.
- Contribute to the growth of the Design team and its culture.
What Were Looking For:
- 6 years of product design experience with desktop and web applications working closely with product and engineering managers.
- A degree in HCI Product Design UX Design or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design process and impact.
- High proficiency in Figma or similar tools with experience in collaboration facilitation and design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG).
