Mission:
Your mission is to optimize our marketing and sales efforts through data analysis process improvement and technology integration. Youll be the person that leadership comes to when they want to understand topoffunnel numbers. Youll do this by using your data and marketing expertise to develop and own metrics including pipeline stages conversion rates ROI CAC and more.
What youll be doing:
- Reports analyses and metrics for all topoffunnel activities including stages conversion rates CAC ROI and more
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize marketing spend and drive efficient revenue growth
- Collaborate across the company to integrate marketing systems and tools and ensure trackable progress
- Be the operational muscle turning the marketing teams creative vision into trackable actionable data
- Build relationships with management across the company and become their source of truth
What makes you the hero for this job:
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
- Expertise in Power BI Tableau or other data visualization software
- Experience with Excel Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Proven experience in HubSpot on both the CRM and marketing automation sides of the software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data sets into practical insights
- Excellent communication skills
- Detailoriented mindset with a focus on process optimization and automation
