Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to join our Employee Experience (EE) team in a 12Month Maximum Term Contract Maternity Leave Cover position. In this pivotal role you will ensure seamless operations across human resources (EE) office management IT systems and financial functions. You will play a critical part in coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes and support our learning and development initiatives. This role has both a National and Local (Sydney) focus.

- As our Office Manager you will offer measured and sound solutions to a variety of situations across your diverse responsibilities inc. HR IT Finance and Office Management. Our projects are fastpaced and can vary in complexity and scale so your flexibility and problemsolving skills will complement our agile workforce.
- Your warm and welcoming presence will ensure new team members experience a positive onboarding and offboarding process. Your ability to collaborate with our national EE team locally based Finance team and IT Support provider will be key in setting new employees up for success. Hosting engaging induction sessions and crafting insightful monthly employee reports will keep everyone uptodate and informed.
- Youll also need to channel your inner Office Manager! Your knack for coordinating with building management will help you swiftly tackle any office issues ensuring our workspace is clean safe and primed for productivity. Keeping tabs on office supplies equipment and inventory will be second nature to you ensuring that our daily operations run like a welloiled machine.
- Additionally your creativity and organisational skills will shine as you help develop and implement procedures that enhance workplace efficiency as well as coordinate our social events and weekly lunches If youre ready to bring your energy and enthusiasm to this role we cant wait to meet you!

Qualifications
- Formal qualifications in Business/Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 35 years of relevant experience in corporate services or similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite MYOB SharePoint and other relevant software

- Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and thirdparty providers.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work with a strong customer service orientation.
