In this pivotal role within the StateOperated Living Alternatives (SOLA) program part of theDevelopmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care and support provided to our clients.
As a Direct Care Provider Lead you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated team ensure high standards of client care and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans. Your leadership will help shape the daily experiences of our clients guiding them toward greater independence and wellbeing.
