Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work within a multidiscipline multisource/industry team
- Provide technical analysis management and general scientific support to MDAs Counter Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate
- Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense Systems discrimination and electronic protection capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 12 years of experience
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Expertise in radar signal processing scheduling and object classification
- Expertise in electronic protection
- Prior experience with Systems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements concepts of operations and integrated schedules
- Experience in Technical performance assessments Risk analysis and mitigation development
- Experience with Electronic attack/protection modeling development to support analysis and requirements development
- Experience in developing technology maturation plans to transfer potential technologies to program offices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes
- Knowledge of Missile Defense fundamentals to include radar limitations
- Knowledge of electrooptic fundamentals
- Knowledge of radar hardware and design
