About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experiencedsales professionalto join ourbusy and thriving Glasgow West End branch.

As a property Sales Negotiatoryoulltake full ownership of the sales process from beginning to end ensuring you goabove and beyondon behalf of your clients. This will involveeffectively marketingproperties expertly liaising between buyers and sellersmeeting regulatory compliance requirementsnegotiating termsand ensuring a smooth sale.

In this roleyoullbe expected tokeepa close eye on the local market toremainup to date with trends and developments.

Using our sales database youll accurately capture customer data and use your communication skills to maximise new business opportunities.

Youll ensure compliance with industry regulations and Rettie brand standards and be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About you
Youll be an experienced sales professional with a strong ability to handle client communication and sales negotiations. Youll have great relationshipbuilding skills and be experienced in identifying and understanding the needs of buyers and sellers.

As well as being a skilled negotiator youll demonstrate key strengths in customer focus collaboration communication problemsolving and planning & organising. Bringing a positive mindset to everything you do; youll strive to go above and beyond and be selfmotivated to meet and exceed targets.
Key requirements
Essential
  • Experiencegained within the property sector
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional standards of customer service
  • Strongknowledge of the residential sales processes within the Scottish market
  • Goodlocal market knowledge
  • Excellentnegotiation skills
  • Proven ability toachievefinancial targets and KPIs
  • Proficientin the use of IT systems including MS Teams OutlookWordand Excel
  • Driving licence
Desirable
  • Prior experience of Reapit or a comparable database product
