A mortgage company located in Monsey or Monroe is looking for an Entry Level Processor to join their team. This position offers an hourly rate of $23$25 depending on experience and involves processing residential mortgage applications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential mortgages strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process residential mortgage applications.
- Verify and review application information.
- Communicate with clients and lenders to gather necessary documentation.
- Ensure all applications meet compliance and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with other administrative and processing tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential mortgages is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word).
