The AHP team at Pulse is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Therapiesto lead our dedicated team of therapists including Speech and Language Therapists Occupational Therapists and Art Therapists. In this pivotal role you will drive the development optimization and innovation of our therapy services ensuring they align with our schools objectives ethos and teaching practices.
Your main responsibilities as a Speech and Language Therapist:
You will work autonomously as a speech and language therapist within a multidisciplinary team. You will assess how a persons communication impacts their daily life and provide appropriate interventions. You will collaborate with the person and their social network to overcome barriers and problemsolve. You will develop and implement communication management plans and rehabilitation seeking specialist assessments as needed. You will provide training to staff and the social networks of our service users. You will play an integral role in service and organisational develop.
