Flexibility As a Relief worker you will not be obliged to commit to work a set number of hours a week.
You can work flexibly to suit you selecting your own shifts from the shifts available.
New Opportunities These positions are ideal for individuals with other commitments or someone who wants to try something new. It gives you the chance to feel you are making a difference on a daily basis. Your manager will offer shifts in your preferred location with as much notice as possible but you might be contacted on an adhoc basis when shift cover is needed. As such the hours may not be guaranteed.
Development/Progression You will be required to attend training courses and actively participate. Bespoke and blended learning opportunities will be available but these sessions take place weekdays either online or at our main offices.Lone working may also apply in some of our services but we provide all training required to successfully deliver the role and you will have access to a bespoke learning pathway with the support of an experienced Learning & Development team. You will be paid your hourly rate when undergoing training.
Before starting in the Relief role you will be expected to complete all training Induction eLearning & Classroom Sessions. Once done you will undertake two shadow shifts. Once completed you will have access to book & arrange your own shifts.
