Job Description
The graphic design lead will support Sandals Church to help bring people to know Jesus by supporting our many ministries and departments by working on an array of design projects that span across digital and tangible platforms and channels. The design lead will show others how to live out our vision of being real with self God and others through the work they create.
SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create graphics for a variety of platforms including social media print web assets and merchandise.
- Protect the integrity of the Sandals Church brand by upholding brand guidelines.
- Meet with our teams ministries and campuses to gain insight dream big and ideate for projects and execute through graphic solutions.
- Integrate workflow with surrounding teams for ultimate collaboration: video team multimedia team digital team production & worship teams etc.
- Utilize photography skills to support ministries and events as needed
- Help us to establish grow and collaborate with our volunteer design team
THE GRAPHIC DESIGN LEAD:
- Has a passion for Sandals Church and the vision we believe of being real with ourselves God and others.
- Is skilled in graphic design and proficient in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign.
- Interest in growth in additional skills like illustration multimedia art & animation to further round out our team
- Has a great instinct for visual communication aware of current trends and forecasting and eager to expand skills and scope.
- Unrelenting enthusiasm for learning growing and working on a team.
COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
- Pay Range: $19 $23 per hour
- We will provide a pay rate that is within our compensation structure and that fits a candidates qualifications and experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer.
