Marchs Ngocis et appels doffre
- Rpondre aux Marchs Ngocis et appels doffre selon les directives de la Direction Gnrale (marchs publics et privs)
- Rpondre aux demandes clients (concernant les demandes de certificats attestations fiches de renseignements tarifs documents produit...
Gestion administrative des commandes
- Traiter les commandes clients (national ou export) suivre les expditions et les livraisons
- Crer un emplacement partag pour le suivi des commandes et paiements
- Assurer le suivi de la facturation et la supervision du depot dans chorus pro
- Suivre les commandes et les livraisons ainsi que le chiffre daffaires par produit
- Grer avec le distributeur les rclamations concernant le transport les expditions etc.

- Grer les nouveaux clients selon les process du Distributeur et du dpartement Supply Chain EU
Reporting et gestion clients
- Assurer le suivi et linformation aux clients
- Grer et assurer le dveloppement de la base Donnes Client
- Grer les diffrents tableaux des ventes analyse et reporting (AAC par indication AP1 /AP2.
- Assurer la mise jour des divers tableaux de bord (paiements facturation)
- Prparer et suivre les dclarations annuelles des ventes aux Autorits de Sante
Recouvrement :
- Assurer le suivi des rglements des paiements des avoirs
- Effectuer les relances des impays
- Rgler les litiges clients selon les directives de la Direction Gnrale
- Etablir un tableau de suivi clair pour les diffrents dpartements
Profil
- De formation Bac 2 minimum vous justifiez dune exprience dau moins 3 ans dans lindustrie pharmaceutique des fonctions de Gestionnaire ADV et service clients en relation avec diffrents services en interne.
- Bonne connaissance des marchs hospitaliers MSCNP)
- Vous tes trs rigoureux(se) et organis(e). Vous tes capable de travailler dans un environnement commercial dynamique vous tes garant(e) du respect des dlais et de la bonne application des process. Vous aimez le travail dquipe et collaborer au quotidien avec dautres services en interne.
- La trs bonne matrise des outils bureautiques et en particulier dExcel est indispensable.
