We are immediately hiring qualified Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses in WESTCHESTER COUNTY

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously assess clients behavior symptoms reactions and progress and communicate findings with your Nursing Manager.
• Administer and accurately document all medications in accordance with established policies physician orders and Department of Health regulations.
• Perform treatments as directed by physician orders and established protocols.
• Consult with your nursing supervisor regarding any necessary changes
• Verify the accuracy of medications and dosages upon receipt from the pharmacy or inhome.

This role is essential in ensuring the wellbeing and care of residents while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements:

• Valid RN/LPN license in NYS
• Annual physical within one year
• PPD or Quantiferon within one year
• MMR labs within 10 years
• Fully Vaccinated for Covid19
• Must read write and speak clear English Bilingual Spanish Russian French a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the United States with a valid social security number
