What Youll Be Doing:
As our HR Generalist youll wear many hats and play a key role in managing fullcycle recruitment talent acquisition and more. Initially youll focus on Talent Acquisition with a sprinkle of Generalist activities. Then over time as the plant staffing levels off the role will shift to include more generalist activities. This role will always have a recruitment focus.

From shaping Spectro Alloys as an employer of choice to guiding new hires through onboarding youll be an integral part of our people strategy. In addition to recruitment youll be involved in payroll benefits employee relations and retention efforts. The role will evolve as the company grows and your ideas and input will directly influence how we move forward!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Talent Acquisition:Develop and execute recruitment programs to attract top talent for various positions ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Collaborative Strategy:Work closely with hiring managers to understand the companys longterm staffing needs and help develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Employee Onboarding:Plan and conduct employee orientations ensuring new hires feel welcome and aligned with our company culture.
• Employee Relations:Be a goto resource for employees resolving everyday HR matters and driving a positive work environment.
• Payroll and Benefits Management:Administer payroll in Paylocity manage employee benefits and keep records uptodate with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Engagement and Retention:Develop programs that keep employees engaged motivated and excited to work with Spectro Alloys!

The ideal candidate will bring apositive attitudehigh energy and a passion for HR with a background in talent acquisition in manufacturing. We want someone who is proactive collaborative and eager to make a real impact! If youre adaptable detailoriented and love the fastpaced nature of HR youll thrive in this role.

Desired Traits & Qualifications:

• Adaptable and Outgoing:A flexible mindset willing to take on a variety of responsibilities as they evolve.
• TechSavvy:Experience working in Paylocity or similar HRIS systems and the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
• Analytical and DetailOriented:Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
• Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience:5 years in HR or Talent Acquisition ideally in a manufacturing setting with expertise in recruiting retention and payroll processing.
• Bonus Points:If youre fluent in Spanish or have a PHR or SHRMCP certification wed love to hear from you!
