As the Head of Business Development you will be responsible for overseeing the development and optimization of our GTM strategy. You will work crossfunctionally with product research and operations teams to ensure alignment and drive measurable business growth. This is a highimpact role that requires a strategic thinker a collaborative leader and someone who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
GTM Strategy Leadership:Develop refine and execute a cohesive GTM strategy that aligns with the companys vision goals and market opportunities.
CrossFunctional Alignment:Collaborate with different departments (e.g. product and research) to ensure seamless integration of GTM efforts across all functional areas.
Market Expansion:Identify and pursue new market opportunities partnerships and channels to drive revenue growth and expand the companys reach.
DataDriven Decision Making:Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of GTM initiatives identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Competitive Analysis:Monitor industry trends the competitive landscape and customer needs to inform GTM strategy and positioning.
Executive Collaboration:Work closely with the executive team to align GTM efforts with overall business objectives and provide regular updates on progress and results.
Experience: Significant experience in business development sales or GTM strategy with ideally at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling GTM efforts in a highgrowth environment.
Strategic Thinker:Strong ability to think strategically identify opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
Collaborative Leader:Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and align crossfunctional teams.
Analytical Mindset:Datadriven decisionmaker with experience using analytics to measure performance and optimize strategies.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Entrepreneurial Spirit:Selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Domain Knowledge:Deep understanding of software business and a strong network of relevant contacts.
NicetoHaves:
Experience in a startup or highgrowth tech company.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
