Position Description:

We are looking for an experience and skilled Intermediate ServiceNow Developer to design implement and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires handson development problemsolving and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver highquality ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet business requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Develop configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM ITBM or HRSD.
Create and manage advanced scripts workflows business rules and UI policies.
Integrate ServiceNow with thirdparty systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform system upgrades testing and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Adhere to development best practices including version control documentation and coding standards.
Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in code review.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSACAD etc) would be a strong asset
25 years of handson experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities scripting (JavaScript Glide) and integrations.
Critical thinking in terms of requirement gathering solution design and automation design.
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices.
Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
