Primary Purpose and FunctionThe Field Service Engineers overall performance objective is to provide the best possible support and customer service for our clients. They are responsible for handling standard onsite requests submitted by our customers or coordinated by Dispatch as well as helping work remote tickets when not assigned to an onsite. Standard onsite requests include but are not limited to onsite troubleshooting workstation setups onsite or at Xantrion HQ deployment projects new hire account setups and recurring and adhoc onsite coverage.
Essential Duties
- Onsite support at various client sites around the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Provide excellent customer service to Xantrions client base.
- Provide technical support as assigned for issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
- Perform other duties or special projects assigned.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- 2to 6years of technical support (IT Service Desk Helpdesk Desktop) experience.
- A valid CA drivers license.
- A reliable mode of transportation.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A bachelors degree from a fouryear university or equivalent experience is required.
- Technical certificates such as CompTIA A MS900 AZ900 certification.
- A love of computer technology and gaming.

- $55000 to $65000 per year.
