Reward Advisor

My client is a global brand with a focus on producing sustainable fashion. They are looking for an experienced Reward Advisor to join their HR team. This is a global role and you will have the responsibility to attract and retain talented people for the organisation both nationally and internationally.

What are the daytoday responsibilities of the Reward Advisor:

  • Carry out salary reviews and benchmarking
  • Support the development and implementation of salary structures incentive programs and other compensation policies
  • Leading annual benefits renewal processes across multiple countries
  • Implement effective reward initiatives monitoring their success
  • Partner with the wider HR team to promote employee engagement and understanding to ensure compensation and benefits practices are competitive equitable and aligned with the organisations objectives
  • Act as a point of contact and provide expert guidance for any rewards related queries

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Reward Advisor:

  • Prior experience working in compensation and benefits roles
  • Highly analytical with strong problem solving skills
  • A strong communicator with proven stakeholder management abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law around benefits
  • Committed to nurturing a culture of ED&I in reward practices

My client is offering an annual salary of 50000
