About the Role
Vast.aiis seeking a Product Manager for the team you will lead importantproduct roadmaps from ideation todelivery. Youwill partner with the engineering team to ensure that our products meet customer requirements and accelerate our growth. This is a highly crossfunctional role where youll influence multiple teams making a significant impact onVast.ais growth. You will determine areas of opportunity to grow our products. You will have a passion for solving complex user needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Define and execute a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Partner with crossfunctionalteams to build a sharedvision and strategy.
- Highly proficient in problem solving and the ability to multitask.
- Conduct interviews to determine customer needs and product requirements.
- Lead planning backlog grooming and prioritization of features to achieve the product vision.
- Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through innovation product solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Knack for finding and documenting bugs.
You Are:
- Skilled at fostering an environment that enables your team to build quickly while maintaininga high standard for quality and inspiration.
- Highly proficient in problem solving and have aproduct mindset great and excellent partner management to solve complex user needs.
- Energized by driving revenue growth and deeply understands customer needs with a proactive approach.
- Analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record and 5 years of experiencein product management or software development in a fastpaced data driven environment and experience with Kafka or eventing pipelines.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications or experience developing testing and deploying APIs and web applications that use external platforms cloud services and APIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong experience shaping product direction and based on customer needs. You are able to empathize with our customers and envision solutions to solve their pain points.
