If you have a talent for negotiating a deep understanding of the recycled plastics market and a passion for sustainability this is your chance to make a difference!
Build and maintain a robust network of suppliers manufacturers and recyclers to ensure a steady supply of highquality recycled plastics.
Identify and secure new purchasing and trading opportunities in line with market demand and company goals.
Negotiate contracts pricing and delivery terms with suppliers and customers to optimize costs and maximize profitability.
Analyze market trends pricing structures and demand patterns to inform strategic purchasing and trading decisions.
Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess stock.
Work closely with the product and operations teams to align procurement with customer needs and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with sustainability standards certifications and regulations in the procurement and trading of recycled plastics.
Provide regular reports and insights on market developments supplier performance and trading results to improve our techenabled procurement engine.
Proven experience in trading procurement or purchasing ideally in the plastics or recycling industry.
Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills with a history of successful supplier and customer partnerships.
Solid understanding of the recycled plastics market including market dynamics quality standards and sustainability practices.
Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to fastchanging market conditions.
A proactive resultsdriven attitude with a passion for sustainability and innovation.
Bachelors degree in business supply chain management or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Fluency in English is ; proficiency in German or other languages is an advantage.
