The Warehouse Coordinator is an integral part of a dynamic and a highly communicative cross-functional team environment working together to build seamless environment. This position involves detailed interaction with. It involves communicating clearly with all internal departments within the company on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Work under general supervision of more experienced Technicians or Manufacturing Supervisonsupporting warehouse and production activities.
- Comply with cGMP regulations adhere to KSE SCIENTIFIC policies and adhere to KSE SCIENTIFIC SOP and Batch Record directions.
- Complete all necessary documentation in a manner that complies with Good Documentation Practices as tasks are performed.
- Perform housekeeping plant upkeep and sanitization activities throughout receiving shipping and production area as required.
- Receive inbound deliveries by unloading and confirming accuracy of items being received.
- Conduct a positive attitude while communicating with customers.
- Attention to detail: read sort check count and verify numbers.
- Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.
- Knowledge of postal or commercial shipping methods and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and free of unnecessary debris. Report any problems with vehicles at time of noticing problems
- Conduct cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Utilize the ERP system to track inventory movements update stock levels and generate reports for management review.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory data within the ERP system to ensure alignment with physical stock counts.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship
- ERP experience
- Minimum of High School Diplomacy or equivalent GED
- Clean driving record
- Ability to bend stoop or lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds; stand and walk continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Syteline CSI experience preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
This position will be based at our corporate offices in Durham and Lillington NC.
