Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Purchaser:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchasing of production materials machinery and forklift spare parts
- Issue and track purchase orders in accordance with internal procurement guidelines
- Source negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best value and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Collaborate with departments such as Production and Finance to align procurement with operational needs
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions purchase orders supplier information and cost analysis
- Ensure that procurement processes comply with quality environmental and regulatory standards
- Perform other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Meticulous organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
- Positive attitude with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3800 AWS VB (1 Month)
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Mon - Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm ; Sat 9.00am - 1.00pm
