The Company
Our client is run by fresh faced directors that have created a sustainable development and construction company having had previous successful careers in QLDs tier 2 commercial construction industry.
With revenue streams including their own developments (Industrial and residential) as well as a successful set up as a traditional D&C building contractor. Projects as a builder consist predominantly of traditional steal frame industrial residential (Luxury Town Homes and Units) and Child Care Centres most of which is negotiated word of mouth and repeat.
The Role
Due to this continued success there is an opportunity for a Site Manager to join the team. Your first Project will likely be a Child Care Centre $4m) or 20 Unit Industrial lot just south of the Brisbane river.
About You
As the Site Manager you will have extensive experience working on projects of a similar scope and size for either a Tier 3 or Tier 2 D&C Building Contractor. You will have 5 years experience in the role demonstrate long tenure in your resume and be supported by excellent references.
Your ability to run a well programmed organised tidy site will be the lead indicator for your success with safety program and quality targets.
You will have experience leading high performing teams by developing a culture on site that is fine tuned for success.
Your leadership traits will bring the best out of your team and subcontractors. Clear written and verbal communication provide direction to your team and subcontractors.
Your program will allow for the highest level of productivity and will give your subcontractors the best opportunity for a safe and clean run at their tasks.
