Job Description
Requirements:
Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week including Fridays & Saturdays
Proficient organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
Active listening and effective communication skills
Be able to put guests first work well in a team environment maintain a positive attitude and desire to continuously improve

Responsibilities on shift include:
Following all food safety & sanitation standards set by ChickfilA Inc. as well as the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH)
Be willing to grow and have expertise in the areas of ChickfilA menu items guest experience and other standard procedures
2nd Mile Service Grow with Care
Core 4 applied in every guest interaction
Anticipate and respond to guest concerns and/or complaints
Consistently deliver unforgettable experience for guests being served through any part of the restaurant
