We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage and administer our employee compensation and benefits programs. In this role you will ensure compliance maintain accurate employee records and effectively communicate with stakeholders. You will handle tasks such as benefits enrollment statutory obligations tracking payroll instructions and system audits all while contributing to the success of the HR department.
