What You Will Do:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Regional Account Manager (RAM) to oversee sales and operations for Hitachi ductless HVAC products. This role combines sales technical support and account management making the RAM the primary point of contact for all aspects of the business within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be a product champion for Hitachi ductless systems manage daytoday transactions provide exceptional customer service and foster longterm partnerships with distributors and contractors. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
How You Will Do It:
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to Hitachi ductless HVAC products.
Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and maximizing existing relationships.
Manage sellin and sellout performance by ensuring distributor pipelines and contractor engagement.
Act as the sole representative of the company for all distributor and contractor interactions.
Coordinate across sales operations technical support and service functions to address customer needs efficiently.
Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors contractors and key stakeholders.
Serve as the goto expert for Hitachi ductless products including training and troubleshooting.
Provide firstlevel technical support and facilitate escalations when necessary.
Guide distributors and contractors on product applications installation best practices and system optimization.
Oversee daily transactions including order processing pricing and inventory coordination.
Work with distributors to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Monitor and address order accuracy delivery schedules and overall customer satisfaction.
Conduct training sessions for contractors and distributor sales teams to enhance product knowledge.
Onboard new contractors and integrate them into company programs such as the Hitachi Air Expert initiative.
Represent the company at trade shows distributor events and industry conferences to promote Hitachi ductless solutions.
Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and provide regular updates on market trends opportunities and challenges.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization sharing feedback to improve product offerings and support.
What we look for:
Required
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years of sales or account management experience in HVAC or related industries with a strong preference for ductless system expertise.
Comprehensive knowledge of Hitachi ductless HVAC products and their applications.
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to handle technical and operational issues independently.
Proven track record of managing multiple responsibilities and acting as a single point of contact for clients.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with distributors and contractors in the region approximately 50 travel.
