Primary Function
The Vice President of Sales oversees the organizations sales and marketing programs develops strategic objectives and leads the sales team to achieve company goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry cultural and legal nuances across different regions and a proactive approach to customer engagement and sales performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Implement innovative sales techniques to boost sales volume.
Lead sales meetings exhibitions and promotional activities.
Direct and support the sales team towards achieving business goals.
Develop national sales account strategies and manage key accounts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to align sales objectives.
Oversee budget management and sales performance evaluations.
Responsibilities
You will lead a team of 25 sales professionals guiding them through hiring training performance appraisals and disciplinary actions in alignment with our organizational values and legal requirements.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a range of competencies including analytical thinking continuous learning adept use of technology creative problemsolving and a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration. Leadership people management and a commitment to quality and ethical standards are essential.
Requirements
Proven expertise in sales and marketing within the oil and gas industry.

Ability to travel and adapt to diverse cultural and legal environments.
Proficiency in Visual ERP and Microsoft Office software.
Education and Experience
A Bachelors degree from a fouryear university or equivalent experience in industrial sales and marketing is preferred.
Base Salary: $170000.00 $190000.00 DOE yearend bonus and equity.
OnTargetEarnings: $270000.00 $290000.00
