Title: Recovery Coach (EntryLevel Mental Health Aide)
Job Duties: The Recovery Coach (EntryLevel Mental Health Aide) monitors and communicates with clients provides rehabilitation groups under supervision and assists in crisis intervention. This is a critical part of the team to ensure proper care for our clients. Many go on to be promoted to Service Coordinator roles.
Schedule:
- FullTime:
- 7 am3:30 pm: Thursday to Monday
- 3 pm11:30 pm: Sunday to Thursday or Friday to Tuesday
- 11 pm7:30 am: Sunday to Thursday Tuesday to Saturday or Friday to Tuesday
- OnCall: All shifts available
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as applicable in a psychiatric setting.
- In the absence of two years of experience training may be substituted. This training will be based on but not limited to the 52hour inservice plan.
- Driving duties including transporting clients may be assigned. Candidates must have a valid CA Drivers License and pass a DMV driving history check.

Pay Range:
$22 $23 USD
