Job Description
In this role you will:
- Lead a group of product managers to serve our Software groups including AI Perception and Infrastructure.
- Establish and define metrics and KPIs that measure the health and performance of these tools as well as their impact on our internal teams.
- Drive meaningful improvements to these KPIs ensuring our business is built to scale effectively.
- Manage a team of 3 Product Managers overseeing the roadmaps of our partner engineering teams
- Work closely with Engineering Design and Technical Program management to track and execute progress
- Partner with Engineers to ensure alignment on roadmaps KPIs priorities and progress
Qualifications
- 12 years of Product Management experience driving measurable improvements through product development.
- 5 years of people management experience.
- Experience with ownership over a portfolio of products through the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and initial requirements to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Experience driving iterative improvement to KPIs through ongoing roadmap prioritization.
- Experience building highly reliable missioncritical products.
- Strategy and leadership skills; Proven track record of effective collaboration with internal partners stakeholders and customers to drive alignment and key outcomes.

- Experience working cross functionally and gaining alignment across disparate groups and goals.
