You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in the Glasgow. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Client Executive you will be part of a growing and highly successful team that works with some of the UKs largest and bestknown companies on bespoke and complex insurance arrangements including global programmes. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain excellent relationships with a broad spectrum of clients providers and colleagues across Marsh while striving for client service excellence.
We will count on you to:
Manage a portfolio of predominantly large complex and/or multinational clients.
Identify and agree strategies for clients risk management risk financing and insurance needs and objectives.
Lead and sign off insurance programme design activities.
Produce budget proposals and negotiate fees.
Host client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams.
Strive to deliver best practice marketleading service and solutions for all clients.
What you need to have:
Experience handling large complex and/or multinational clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiating and influencing skills.
Analytical and problemsolving skills.
What makes you stand out:
Dynamic with previous clientfacing experience.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
Cert CII qualified and working towards ACII is desirable.
