The Senior Director of Growth will be the driving force behind our accelerated expansion globally leading the strategy and of all customer acquisition efforts. This person will oversee an eightfigure budget and manage a team of marketing managers to execute highimpact campaigns across multiple channels.

We are looking for a performancedriven leader with deep expertise in large scale Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and strong experience in Paid Social and mobile app/ mobile web marketing. This role requires a datadriven mindset comfortable with realtime monitoring exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of scaling customer acquisition efforts profitably in highvelocity transactionbased environments.

What youll do:

Customer Acquisition:

  • Manage and optimize a sizable marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of spend across various channels to achieve ambitious acquisition goals.
  • Develop and execute a datadriven acquisition strategy across paid search (SEM) paid social affiliate and mobile to drive scalable growth with strong ROI.
  • Own campaign performance with hourly daily and weekly reporting cadences continuously optimizing toward CAC LTV and other key performance metrics. Track customer funnel metrics and new customer rates on an hourly basis making rapid adjustments to campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends experiment with new channels (e.g. programmatic influencer partnerships) and scale successful initiatives.

Leadership:

  • Lead mentor and scale a team of marketing managers fostering a culture of quick decisionmaking accountability experimentation and continuous improvement in a fastpaced environment focused on maximizing conversion to trial and paid outcomes
  • Drive the monthly quarterly and annual forecasting/reforecasting process to align acquisition goals with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales Analytics and the rest of the Marketing org to align on growth strategies and optimize the endtoend customer funnel.

Who you are:

  • 12 years of experience in growth marketing performance marketing or a related role with a strong focus on customer acquisition at a transactionbased business (ecommerce subscription services fintech etc..
  • Proven expertise in SEM with handson experience managing largescale paid search campaigns.
  • Strong background in Paid Social and mobile marketing with a track record of scaling these channels successfully.
  • Proven experience managing an eightfigure marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI working in environments where customer funnels and conversions are monitored hourly with expectations for optimization.

  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring highperforming marketing teams in fastpaced environments.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and work location. In addition some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
