Dein Aufgabenbereich

• Du bernimmst die technische Betreuung unserer Hard und Softwareprodukte
• Du bearbeitest First und SecondLevelSupportanfragen ber Telefon EMail und unser Ticketsystem
• Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden Vertrieb Produktmanagement sowie der Entwicklungsabteilung
• Du untersttzt den Vertrieb vor Ort auf Messen
• Der Aufbau und die Begleitung von Applikationen/Messaufgaben liegt auch in deiner Verantwortung
• Du planst und fhrst Schulungen durch

Dein Profil

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektro/Nachrichtentechnik oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
• Du bringst eine Affinitt fr den IT Bereich mit
• Du hast vorzugsweise bereits Erfahrung in den Bereichen elektronische Messtechnik FahrzeugBussysteme und/oder KfzElektronik
• Du verstehst komplexe Themen schnell und findest dafr einen Lsungsweg
• Eigeninitiative Team und Kommunikationsfhigkeitsowie Freude an kollegialer Zusammenarbeit liegen dir
• Du hast sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Type of employment: Fulltime in permanent position
Start:immediately

Your Tasks

• You will provide technical support for our hardware and software products
• You process first and second level support requests via telephone email and our ticket system
• You act as an interface between customers sales product management and the development department
• You support sales on site at trade fairs
• You are also responsible for setting up and supporting applications/measurement tasks
• You plan and conduct training courses

Your Profile

• You have a degree or vocational training in the field of electrical/communications engineering or a comparable qualification
• You have an affinity for the IT sector
• You preferably already have experience in the fields of electronic measurement technology vehicle bus systems and/or automotive electronics
• You understand complex topics quickly and find a solution for them
• You have initiative teamwork and communication skills and enjoy working with colleagues
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
