Job Description

Job Title: Immigration Paralegal Assistant/Immigration Processing Assistant

Location: Saipan MP

JOB DETAILS

  • Preparation of applications petitions motions briefs and
    memoranda as required; including but not limited to
    preparation of DS160 CW1 H2B H1B I129CWR petitions
    for FollowtoJoin; and others as directed.
  • Monitor all administrative policies and procedures for effective
    delivery of services.
  • Keep abreast of legislative and policy changes that may affect
    immigration.
  • Prepare and maintain files records information that complies
    with regulations policies procedures & relevant laws.
  • Maintaining client files online and offline.
  • Updating clients on progress and explaining next steps.
  • Researching requirements for asylum and refugee status and
    obtaining visa.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
  • Fill out and file immigration forms.
  • Performs other duties as may be required.

Qualification

  • Must have knowledge of USCIS Ruling
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of immigration forms how to fill them out and how to file them.
  • Clerical skills with an emphasis on case management.
