Job Description
Who You Are:
Wunderkind is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product Marketing. As a critical leader within Wunderkinds Product team this person will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Wunderkinds product portfolio by developing and executing gotomarket strategies crafting compelling messaging and equipping the sales team with the tools needed to excel. Reporting to the Vice President of Product this leader will work crossfunctionally to ensure Wunderkinds solutions are positioned effectively in the market and resonate with our target audiences.
What Youll Do:
As the Senior Director of Product Marketing your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: develop and own the product marketing strategy ensuring alignment with company vision product roadmap and market opportunities.
- Serve as the voice of the customer using datadriven insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Partner with crossfunctional leaders to align product marketing efforts with Wunderkinds overall business objectives.
- GoToMarket Strategy: lead gotomarket planning and for all product launches ensuring crossdepartmental alignment and readiness.
- Define clear value propositions and differentiation strategies for Wunderkinds products and solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to create tools training and resources to support the sales team in effectively positioning and selling products.
- Market & Customer Insights: conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends customer needs and opportunities.
- Define and refine buyer personas leveraging customer feedback user behavior and data analytics.
- Messaging & Positioning: craft compelling messaging frameworks and positioning strategies that resonate with target customers across multiple industries and channels.
- Develop highquality content including white papers case studies and presentations to support marketing and sales efforts.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: build mentor and lead a highperforming product marketing team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and results.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Product Management Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Performance Measurement: define KPIs for product marketing success and regularly report on progress.
- Use data to measure the impact of product marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in product marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in launching and driving adoption of SaaS or enterprise technology products.
- A strong background in performance marketing personalization or eCommerce is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field; MBA preferred.

The base salary range for this role is $175000 $215000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set depth of experience applicable certifications and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
