Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN Home Health Pediatric Day Shift
About the Company
Interim Healthcare of NW Florida a reputable and wellestablished healthcare company in the FL Panhandle region seeks experienced and dedicated LPNs for Pediatric Cases in Tallahassee and surrounding counties.
Responsibilities
- Providing topnotch nursing care to pediatric patients in home health settings.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and follow prescribed treatments accurately.
- Monitoring and assessing the patients condition progress and vital signs.
- Documenting patients medical history care provided and observations.
- Communicating effectively with patients their families and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN preferably in pediatric nursing.
- Excellent clinical skills including administering medications and performing treatments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current CPR Card
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift Carry Push or Pull up to 50 pounds.
