Job Description

Position: Physical Therapist (Home Health)
Facility- Trinity Health At Home - Southeast Michigan
Livingston county area MI
Contract: 6 weeks with opportunity to expand Full-time
Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 (40hrs/Week)
Rate: $2500/week for 40 hours

Coverage Area: Livingston County area mainly Brighton Howell Pinckney Whitmore Lake
Schedule: Occasional weekend visits. No rotation Holiday Rotation- No holidays at this time.
Mileage rate: $0.55/mile.
