Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Hospice of Marion CountyEast Team
Position Type: Full Time Days 8a5p MF
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Deliver professional and courteous nursing services as part of the Interdisciplinary Care Team.
- Medication Management: Supervise and teach medication administration and recordkeeping by family or caregivers.
- Reporting: Communicate daily schedules and report patient changes to the RN Clinical Manager (RNCM) or Primary Nurse.
Requirements:
- Education/Experience: Completion of a Practical Nurse Program; Florida LPN license required.
- Training: No experience needed; extensive training provided.
- Skills: Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification required.
- Other: Valid Florida drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation needed.
