Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a People leader to be a part of our Columbia St. Marys campus located in the Milwaukee/Mequon region. As a Director Dining Services you will lead a high performing team while overseeing day to day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of salaried and hourly associates including an Executive Chef supervisors line cooks and dining associates. You will also work with cross functional teams including HR Finance Patient Services and Environmental Services. You will be responsible for managing client relations delivering excellent customer service to patients hospital staff and visitors. Additionally as the Director of Dining Services one of your goals will be to ensure that the food offered to the customers is consistently of superior quality. Additionally you will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers guests and client as well as other departments
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Roll out new culinary programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Previous experience managing a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with a topnotch foodservice company
