We are currently expanding our team and are looking for enthusiastic Outbound Lead Generators to join our vibrant office in Manchester.

Job Details

As an Outbound Lead Generator you will play a pivotal role in our sales process by reaching out to prospective clients to generate new business leads. Your ability to effectively communicate the value of our services and build relationships will be key to your success.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients introducing our services and generating interest.
• Identify and qualify leads passing them on to the sales team for further engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and followups in our CRM system.
• Utilise a consultative sales approach addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.
• Strive to meet and exceed personal and team lead generation targets.

• Experience in b2b lead generation with exceptional telephone manner
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
• Highly motivated with a passion for sales and hitting targets
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional Confident Well spoken well presented individuals
• PC Skills essential with Microsoft Office products and knowledge of working with CRM Systems
• Can work on own initiative
• Can work autonomously and as part of a team

• Base salary 28000 per annum uncapped commission. (OTE 30 40K)
