Job Description
Manchester Block Property Manager
Location: Manchester (Remote with one day per week in Liverpool office)
Salary: Low 40000 range 3600 car allowance
Job Type: Fulltime Hybrid
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and ideally ATPIqualified Block Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio in Manchester including a new BTR development in Church Street Eccles. The role is mainly remote but requires at least one day per week in the Liverpool office initially.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee management of Church Street development and other properties in Manchester
Conduct inspections ensure compliance and coordinate maintenance
Manage service charge budgets and liaise with stakeholders
Address lease breaches and handle tenant queries
Work closely with contractors and external service providers
Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
Experience in residential block property management
ATPI qualification (preferred)
Strong problemsolving and organisational skills
Willingness to travel to Liverpool one day per week
